NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated February ____, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-006302-O, DIVISION: 43A, of the 9TH Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF15 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF15 is Plaintiff, and ANDRES RIVERA; WANDA JORGE; HEATHER GLEN AT MEADOW WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED; are Defendants.
