NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 27, 2010, entered in Case No.: 09-26402 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein MARTHA B. ALONZO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARTHA B. ALONZO; GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC D/B/A DITECH.COM, are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Hillsborough County Courthouse, 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, on March 15, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOT 11, IN BLOCK 2, OF BLOOMINGDALE, SECTION N, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, AT PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY.
NOTICE ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
