NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-CA-052672 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and Brian C. Hopke, GICCELLE Hopke, Majestic Palms MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., ROYAL POINTE AT Majestic Palms RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC., ROYAL POINTE AT Majestic Palms Section II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 n/k/a TOMMY RAHILL, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 22 day of March, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 403, BUILDING 3, ROYAL POINTE AT MAJESTIC PALMS SECTION II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2007000031016, AS AMENDED TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2007000049672, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
