Notice is hereby given that on March 13, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at Jules & Ghislaine Joseph Auto Repair Inc 2861 Work Dr Unit 4 Fort Myers, FL 33916 the following vehicle will be sold for $2095.30 to satisfy labor services, repairs, and storage charges on: 2004 DodgeVIN# 1D4GP25B04B530398. Pursuant to F.S. #713.585 the cash amount of $2095.30 would be sufficient to redeem the vehicle from the lienor. Any interested party has a right to a hearing prior to the sale by filling a demand for the hearing with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Lee County and mailing copies of the same to all owners and lienors. The owner has a right to recover possession of the vehicle by posting bond pursuant to F.S. #559.917 and if sold any proceeds remaining from the sale will be deposited with the Clerk of Circuit Court for disposition.
