NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-2561CI9 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Indenture Trustee for the registered Noteholders of Renaissance Home Equity Loan Trust 2006-2, is Plaintiff and Rodger L. Carson, is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 23rd day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 50, Ronick Subdivision, according to the plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida recorded in Plat Book 50, Page 72; said land situate, lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
