NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed February 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08016028CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and TIMOTHY J. BUIS, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 7th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
Lot 67, Gulf Breeze Estates, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 57, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1734 DONCASTER ROAD, CLEARWATER, FLORIDA 33764
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
