NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-018802, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INCORPORATED is the Plaintiff and TINA PINAL A/K/A TINA M BEELER, TINA BEELER, TINA MARIE BEELER, AAA SOLAR SOURCE; JACOB-FRANZ:DYCK TRUSTEE OF THE PINAL TRUST; SUNTRUST BANK; THE WOODS OF FOREST LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TINA M BEELER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 13th day of March, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, OF WOODS OF FOREST LAKES, PHASE TWO, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 123, AT PAGE 17 THROUGH 20, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
