NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 7tb day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-020190, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and JAMES B. KAKABEEKE; GULF 5000 ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LAONS, INC.; JONELL W. KAKABEEKE; NATHALIE A. DUMAIS, TRUSTEE; ONESIME E. NAULT, TRUSTEE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 13th day of March, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 301, GULF 5000, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 16 THROUGH 19, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3382, PAGE 341, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, SITUATED IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
