NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 9, 2012, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Condominium Unit No. 39, Wing “F” Northwest, Building B-41, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium of ON TOP OF THE WORLD, UNIT THIRTY-ONE, as recorded in Official Records Book 4147, Pages 900 through 924, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 17, Page 47, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and more commonly described as 2431 Franciscan Drive, #39, Clearwater, Florida 33763.
at public sale, on the 30th day of March, 2012 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
