NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 239, MARILYN PINES CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, Unit 2, A Condominium, according to plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 14, Pages 7-9 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium in O.R. Book 4026, Page 1766 and amended; together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2060 Marilyn Street, #239, Clearwater, Florida, 33765.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 16, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
