NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiffs entered in this cause on February 3, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, in which PAUL M. WINTRODE and MICHAEL M. FJELSTAD, as Co-Trustees of the Virgil H. Wintrode and Josephine M. Wintrode Trust U/T/A dated 7/30/1987, as amended, are Plaintiffs, and JAMES C. VESEY, LYNDA F. VESEY, CACH, LLC, and LVNV FUNDING, LLC, as assignee of Providian, are Defendants, the Clerk of this Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 27, BUILDING 4, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF BARDMOOR WEST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 48, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JUNE 7, 1974 IN O.R. BOOK 4180, PAGE 1759, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 74-0718819, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 4.583% SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 8800 BARDMOOR BOULEVARD, UNIT 27, LARGO, FLORIDA, 33777; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at an online sale at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 14, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
