NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-14367CI-11 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, TRUSTEE SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2007-2 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is Plaintiff and Denise Smith and Jonathan R. Smith, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 23rd day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, in Block 19, of Meadowlawn Second Addition, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 32, at Page 43 to 45, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 7226 Orpine Drive, Saint Petersburg, FL 33702
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
