YOU ARE NOTIFIED of the institution of this action by the Plaintiff, BEVERLY J. ANGELO, as Personal Representative of the Estate of John B. Schestag, against you seeking a declaratory judgment, to cancel a deed, and to quiet title to the following property in Pinellas County, Florida, located at: 279 Orange Street, Palm Harbor (formerly Ozona), Florida 34660, and more fully described as follows:
BURGHSTREAM'S SUB BLK P, LOT 1 LESS N 160FT (LYING IN SEC 11-28-15), PBOH1, P16, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to JOSEPH W.
