Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 29th day of March, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described leasehold interest in real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit No. 275, of GOLDEN GATE, A COOPERATIVE, which is also known as Golden Gate Mobile Home Community, a Cooperative according to the park plot plan as recorded in the Master Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 7283, page 1894, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
AND the following located on the above described real property:
All buildings, structures and improvements situated on the Mortgaged Property, and all fixtures or appurtenances erected now or at any time in the future on the Mortgaged Property and all machinery, equipment, awnings antennas, skirting and personal property (including any construction and building materials) of every nature whatsoever, and all mobile homes or recreation vehicles affixed to, or situated on the Mortgaged Property, including but not limited to that certain Mobile Home more particularly described as a 1977 Fleetwood Barrington Mobile Home, measuring 24' by 36', and having Serial Numbers FLFL2A/B720330460; whether any of the foregoing is owned now or acquired later; all accessions, additions, replacements, and substitutions relating to any of the foregoing; all records of any kind relating to any of the foregoing; all proceeds relating to any of the foregoing (including insurance, general intangibles and accounts proceeds).
