NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-7331-CO-041 of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SEMINOLE ISLE TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and DANIEL F. TEMPEL; JACQUELINE M. TEMPEL and REGIONS BANK are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 26th day of March, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 30, SEMINOLE ISLE TOWNHOMES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 128, Pages 59 thru 65 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; the street address of which is: 7139 Islamorada Circle St. Petersburg, FL 33716.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
