NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated February 14, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-010113-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutche Bank Trust Co. as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2006-2, Plaintiff and Brian Murphy are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on March 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 21, EUCLID HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 10, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
