A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N. A., AS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff, and BERNARD L. ALESSANDRINI, ET AL., are the Defendant(s), the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 12th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 10, ROSA E. ROYAL'S SUBD'N, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
