NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-019802, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION') is Plaintiff and NINA M. GOLLER; RICHARD BALL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE; AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; SHIPWATCH EIGHT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; SHIPWATCH YACHT & TENNIS CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR STONECREEK FUNDING CORP.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 1831, BUILDING 11375, PHASE 2 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SHIPWATCH EIGHT, A CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 8103, PAGE 55, ET SEQ., AND THE AMENDMENT THERETO RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 8118, PAGE 2129, ET SEQ., AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 112, PAGE 13, ET SEQ., AND THE AMENDMENT THERETO RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 112, PAGE 30, ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
