TYACK A/K/A MICHAEL TYACK; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL J.N. TYACK A/K/A MICHAEL TYACK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SUNTRUST BANK; DON CE-SAR PROPERTY OWNERS CORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on March 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
