NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 07, 2012 and entered in Case No. 08-015173-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff and JASON CABALLERO; BRITTANY'S PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #2 N/K/A NICOLE SMITH are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on March 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 406 OF BRITTANY'S PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15244, PAGE 273, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 143, PAGE 75, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
