NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale dated February 08, 2012, and entered in 52-2010-CA-001359 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and CAMILA L. DAVIS; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND LYING WITHIN A PORTION OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTH 825 FEET OF LOT 5, OF PINELLAS GROVES SUBDIVISION OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 32, BEAR SOUTH 89 DEG. 32' 15” EAST, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION, A DISTANCE OF 694.73 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 4 DEG. 33' 43” EAST, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 5, A DISTANCE OF 166.46 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 4 DEG. 33' 43” EAST, 93.02 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEG. 00' 07” EAST, 172.57 FEET; THENCE NORTH 4 DEG. 23' 48” WEST, 93.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEG. 00' 07” WEST, 172.84 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
