NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale, dated February 10, 2012, and entered in 52-2009-CA-014911 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and HANNA ABDELRAHIM; BANK OF AMERICA; JANE DOE N/K/A LAQUANDA EVERETT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HANAA M ABDELRAHIM are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on March 21, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18 IN BLOCK 18 OF OVERLOOK SECTION SHORE ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7 PAGE 56 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
