NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on February 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-5151-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE MEADOWS CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWO AT EAST LAKE WOODLANDS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ANDRES GOMEZ, married and GLORIA M. GOMEZ, BANK OF AMERICA , N.A., and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, I will sell to the highest
bidder for cash on March 16, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 9 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of THE MEADOWS CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWO AT EAST LAKE WOODLANDS, and Exhibits attached
thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 5917, Pages 2024 through 2096, inclusive and the Plat thereof recorded to Condominium Plat Book 82, pages 1 through 13, inclusive, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN
THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60
DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
