NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-002976-XX-CICI-019 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-8, Plaintiff and VALERIE PRICE, Et Al; are defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at http://www.pinellasclerk.org IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, at 10 am, March 8, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
