NOTICE IS GIVEN that under the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in this action on the 21st day of February, 2012, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash online at “www.pinellas.realforeclose.com”, at 10:00 A.M. on the 10th day of April, 2012, the following described property:
That certain condominium parcel composed of UNIT 3, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of GULF GARDENS MOTEL APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book, 5373, Pages 1317 through 1365, inclusive, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 62, Pages 9 through 12, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
