Miller a/k/a Naomi L. Moran are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 16 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 15, BLOCK 3, REPLAT OF PALLANZA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
