NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-014498 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CreditUs Lending 2, LP, Plaintiff and Naomi L. Miller a/k/a Naomi L. Moran are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 9, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 16 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 15, BLOCK 3, REPLAT OF PALLANZA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
