Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, 1st Floor Atrium, in the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 12 day of March, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
The East 180 feet of Tract 125, Golden Gate Estates, Unit No. 24, according to the plat thereof of record in Plat Book 7, Pages 11 and 12, of the Public Records of Collier County Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
