NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed February 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0905197CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and JEFFREY B. ROSS, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am at The Atrium 1st floor courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples Florida 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 86, Quail Hollow Subdivision, in accordance with and subject to the plat recorded in Plat Book 14, page 42, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
