NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10 day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-006824, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is the Plaintiff and JOSE LOPERENA RODRIGUEZ A/K/A JOSE L. LOPERENA RODRIGUEZ, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, IBIS CLUB AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, VICENCIO ABILIO HARO, CRISTINA JUAN, MIRTHA D. MORERA, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A PAUL TALLSIZ and CARMEN B. VAZQUEZ IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 12 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 107, (BUILDING 1/ BUILDING 8215), OF IBIS CLUB AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, FILED FOR RECORD ON SEPTEMBER 27, 2006 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4112, PAGE 3199, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
