notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-000406 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Johnathan Scott Marlowe a/k/a Jonathan S. Marlowe are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on March 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 272, REFLECTION LAKES UNIT 2 (PHASE II & III), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 33, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
