NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-005700, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and MARIA C. PENA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., CARLOS PENA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 15th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 105 FEET OF TRACT 25, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 68, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
