Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Partial Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure as to Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 (Collier County) entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, as follows: In the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse in Collier County, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 341/2 beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date.
in accordance with chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12th day of March, 2012, that certain parcel of real property, situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
Parcel 1 (Collier County):
Being a portion of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 36, Township 49 South, Range 25/East, Collier County, Florida (a/k/a a portion of Tract 100 of the unrecorded map of Naples Production Park), being more particularly described as follows:

The Easterly 165 feet of the South 688.60 feet of the West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 36, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida; lying North of Parcel “A” (described below) and subject to a 10 foot wide Utility Easement along the Easterly boundary.
LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM:

The North 30.00 feet of the above described parcel previously conveyed to Collier County for road purposes.

LESS AND EXCEPTING PARCEL “A”:
The Easterly 165 feet of the South 344.30 feet of the South 688.60 feet of the West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 36, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida.

Being a portion of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 36, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida (atkla a portion of Tract 100 of the unrecorded map of Naples Production Park), being more particularly described as follows:
The South 688.60 feet of the West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 36, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida, less the Easterly 165.00 feet thereof and less the Southerly 389.70 feet thereof, and subject to a 10 foot wide Utility Easement along the Westerly boundary.

The North 30.00 feet of the above described parcel previously conveyed to Collier County for road purposes.
