NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure” (the “Final Judgment”), entered February 8, 2012 in the above-styled action in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Hillsborough County will sell the real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, as described on the attached Exhibit “A”, to the highest bidder, for cash, to be held on the front steps of the Hillsborough County Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, Florida, 33602, on March 14, 2012, at 2 PM

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
