Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a final judgment of foreclosure in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
Family Unit No. 19, ROYAL PARK VILLAS, INC., UNIT A, a condominium, and undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 235, Pages 939 through 957, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.
at public sale, in the presence of the Plaintiff, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples Florida 34112, on the 12 day of March, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., pursuant to the terms of the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
