Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale dated February 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-007090 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of Court I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on March 14, 2012 beginning at 11:00 A.M., at the FIRST FLOOR, ATRIUM, OF THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, located at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in COLLIER County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 11, Block 105, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 3, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 97 through 105, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. the clerk shall receive a service charge of up to $70 for services in making, recording, and certifying the sale and title that shall be assessed as costs. the court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
