ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC11, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE, SERIES 2006-OC11, Plaintiff, and, MANING, YADIRA, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, 2ND FLOOR GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, LOCATED AT THE 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 15 day of March, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 3 IN BLOCK 77 OF TAMPA OVERLOOK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
