NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2010 and entered in CASE NO: 29-2009-ca-010708 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2005NC1, is the Plaintiff and VALERIA W. BYNUM, ET AL., are the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in ROOM 202, IN THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, 2ND FLOOR, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, on the 15th day of March, 2012, 2:00 pm the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 28 IN BLOCK B OF COUNTRYWAY PARCEL B TRACT 7 PHASE 2 ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72 PAGE 61 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
