and commonly known as: 1819 N TAYLOR RD, BRANDON, FL 33510; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on April 11th, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
