Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 10-CC-3905 of the County Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 12th day of March, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 102-C, BeauMer, A Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium Recorded in Official Records Book 991, Pages 1416 to 1507 inclusive of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended, together with all appurtenances thereto including the screened terrace forming part of the Unit and Garage Space No. 33, and an undivided interest in the Common Elements together with an undivided interest in the Common Elements appurtenant thereto as set forth in said Declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
