Notice is given pursuant to a final judgment dated July 14, 2011, and subsequent order(s) dated January 30, 2012, in Case No.09-CA-021288 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which TOWNHOMES OF SUMMERFIELD HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is the plaintiff and IRA STEPHENS is the defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Room 202 of the Hillsborough County Courthouse located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida at 2:00 p.m. on March 5, 2012 the following described property set forth in the order of final judgment:
Lot 8, Block24 of SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1, Tract 2, Phases 3,4,and 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 0107, PAGE 0228, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. Property address: 10921 Brickside Court, Riverview, Florida 33579.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
