NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009-CA-23547 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and, FREDERICK S PAQUETTE, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 800 E. TWIGGS ST, RM 202 TAMPA, Florida, 33602, Edgecomb Courthouse Room 201/202, Florida, at the hour of 2:00 pm, on the 13th day of March, 2012, the following described property:
UNIT 8005 LANDMARK CIRCLE, BLDG 27, OF PALMERA POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15983, PAGE 0711, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16253, PAGE 0455 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
