notice is hereby given Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-005854 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of IndyMac Residential Mortgage-Backed Trust, Series 2006-L2, Residential Mortgage-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-L2, is the Plaintiff and Jose De Los Reyes, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 14 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 1/2 OF TRACT 42, GOLDEN GATES ESTATES, UNIT 20, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7 PAGES 79 AND 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
