NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 3, 2012, and entered in 09-CA-013944 DIV. G of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and SHELLEY A. RIVERA A/K/A SHELLEY A. RIVERA RODRIGUEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS; INC.; JANE DOE N/K/A SHELLEY MOLLINA are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in room 201/202, THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, 2ND FLOOR, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 3360, at 2:00pm on March 28, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 266 AND PART OF LOT 265, LOGAN GATE VILLAGE PHASE II UNIT 4 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53 PAGE 63, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY. THE SAID PART OF LOT 265 BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING A THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SAID LOT 265 AND RUN THENCE N 75 DEG 56'25” E, ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY THEREOF, A DISTANCE OF 90.24 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SAID LOT 265, THENCE CROSSING THE SAID LOT 265, SOUTH 56 DEG 53'54” W, A DISTANCE OF 91.01 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST BOUNDARY OF THE SAID LOT 265, THENCE ALONG SAID WEST BOUNDARY, 30.00 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE RIGHT, HAVING A RADIUS OF 350.00 FEET AND CHORD BEARING AND DISTANCE OF NORTH 22 DEG 07'22” W, 29.99 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
