NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 03, 2012, and entered in 09-CA-013323(G) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and LISA CREWS; WHISPERING OAKS OF TAMPA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; INC.; BANK OF AMERICA; NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; JOHN DOE N/K/A DAVID EVANS; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, , at 2:00pm on March 28, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. F, BUILDING 64, OFWHISPERING OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16059, PAGE 616, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO,A MD TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
