Unit No. 3007, Building 30, The Townhomes at Lighthouse Cove II, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2096 at Page 1874, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
