NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-2502-WS/U, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Homeowners Association at Suncoast Lakes, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Jonathon R. Wyant, Lisa C. Wyant and Wells Fargo Bank,N.A. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on March 6, 2012, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, Block 17, SUNCOAST LAKES PHASE 3 according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 50Pages 74-87, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
