NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 14, 2011, and entered in 51-2011-CA-002980-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and DAVID A. LEWIS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on March 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, ORANGE LAND SUBDIVISION, UNIT THREE, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 83 AND 84, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
