Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-004486-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 19th day of March, 2012, bidding will begin at 11:00 a.m. online via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 231, OF THE LAKES, UNIT TWO; SAID LOT, SUBDIVISION, AND UNIT BEING NUMBERED AND DESIGNATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION AS THE SAME APPEARS OF RECORD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 60-63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
