NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-003768, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and THERESA A. EVANS, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., BARRINGTON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 15th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2-H OF BARRINGTON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1331. PAGES 885 THROUGH 917, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 1344, PAGES 271 THROUGH 276, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH COVERED PARKING SPACE H, AND AN UNDIVIDED ONE FIFTY SIXTH (I/56TH) INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS AMENDED
