NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-003657, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., JOSEFINA URQUILLA and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEFINA URQUILLA IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 15th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 145, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 107 THROUGH 116, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
